3) Rent-to-own program:  Veteran renters acknowledge the detachment that goes with leasing and walking away with nothing to show for it.  Hence, the rent-to-own program.  Renters who choose to apply for this program gradually work towards ownership.  A pre-determined amount from their monthly rent goes towards the possible purchase of the home they are renting.  At the end of their original lease, renters may choose to continue renting; contract ownership of the home (with the monthly payments going toward the overall purchase); or walk away (with the monthly payments remaining as part of the original rent).  The rent-to-own option is available on all Bayside Builders rental properties.
